We want you to love your personalised Piece Makers Gifts. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

  • Personalised Items: As each piece is custom-made, we can only accept returns if your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

  • Non-Personalised Items: You may return within 14 days of receipt, provided items are unused and in original packaging.

  • Damaged/Incorrect Orders: Please email us at contact@piecemakersgifts.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will replace or refund as quickly as possible.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
